• All our sarees, suits, and ethnic wear are sold as per availability.

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will be clearly communicated before purchase.

• Any discounts or offers are valid only for the specified time period and cannot be combined with other promotions.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders can be placed in-store or via WhatsApp/phone (if available).

• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

• We accept cash, UPI, and other accepted digital payment methods.

4. Shipping and Delivery (if applicable)

• Delivery charges (if any) will be informed during purchase.

• Estimated delivery time will be communicated. Delays due to unforeseen reasons are not the responsibility of Bahu Rani Saree.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier or third-party services.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• We follow a no refund policy.

• Exchange is allowed within 3 days of purchase for unused, unwashed items with tags and bill intact.

• No exchange will be accepted for items bought on sale or discount.

6. Custom Orders

• For customized stitching or pre-orders, a 50% advance is required.

• Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or cancellation once placed.

7. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for billing, communication, or delivery purposes.

• We do not share customer data with third parties.

8. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any disputes, we encourage you to first contact us for a resolution.

• All disputes are subject to Bhopal jurisdiction only.
